Investigations and Chairing Meetings

Being able to respond to an issue right away with the support of a credible investigator who is experienced in employment legislation and best practice will return the best information and evidence. We can lessen the burden on management time and effort in finding out what went wrong or what happened. We can also help with the identification and resolution of other issues that have the potential to escalate.

Further to this, many businesses lack the resources to professionally and effectively chair a disciplinary or grievance hearing or other sensitive meeting (i.e. return to work, performance management). We offer a Chair service whereby we can chair a meeting on your behalf and provide you with a report with recommendations on the outcomes available to you.

We also offer training for your senior managers on how to chair effective meetings relating to sensitive issues and to administer disciplinary or grievance principles in a fair and consistent manner.
