HR Jersey Limited is an independently owned and operated business in Jersey, Channel Islands. We understand the day-to-day Human Resource issues that local companies face and offer a range of services designed to support and guide your business. We work with your business to help you achieve your desired outcome.

With strong employment legislation knowledge and experience, HR Jersey has experience in advising employers and developing company practices across multiple jurisdictions in commercially focused and regulated environments.

Natasha is founder and Managing Director of HR Jersey Limited. She has a degree in law (LLB), MICA (Governance, Risk and Compliance diploma) and an Institute of Directors (IoD) Diploma in Company Direction to complement her strong background in Human Resources as an Assoc CIPD. She has worked in a number of industry sectors at a board and senior management level with places on various executive committees. Over twenty years she has gained operational and leadership capability across multiple functions whilst managing key and complex stakeholder relationships.

Natasha is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, International Compliance Association, British Psychology Society and INSOL. Natasha was also a long-standing member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) heading up the Sub Committee for Policy and is currently a committee member for Family Nursing & Home Care.
